Two of my colleagues and myself had deposited the booking amount for platinum floors of KLJ Townplanners Td in July'2009. Two months after this we were informed by the company that they can only provide us third floor flats though we had applied for first floor flats in KLJ platinum Floors. So we were convinced to shift to KLJ platinum Plus. We were also told by representative of KLJ that they will start construction by Dec'2009. But the crux of the matter is that they have not received the sanctioned plan from HUDA. So when will they start the construction ? Also on what basis have they sent another demand letter for Rs. 2, 55, 000/- within 13th of march' 2010. On failure they will charge addition interest @18% per annum(Why) ? On what basis they are making this demand. They are not paying any interest on the booking amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000 which is with them for nearly a year now.

We have booked a flat on 28/9/2007 in your project "KLJ GREENS" and sum of RS.2, 73, 000/- deposited as per reciept no-0804 dated 28/9/07 .I cancelled my booking and have filed a consumer court which is still ongoing for last 3 years as these people it seems have neither received proper approvals nor they have any intention of refunding money black.

Could you please share some more light on your concern? I also booked in KLJ Greens. At least progress in consutruction for KLJ Greens is continuous . They are behind the schedule but then that is same for all the projects in Faridabad.

Two year back I also booked a 2BHK in Platinum Floor developed by KLJ Townplanners Ltd. At the time of booking the broked (to whome appoint by the klj group) said me that within 24 months company will give possesion to their customer. But now till neither the KLJ have getting approved sanction plan nor build up basic insfratucture. This Seems that company is not sincere about ur project. They has collected harden money of the customer and fulfilling own dream.If I cancel they never return money with interest while they earning interest on our harden money. could anyone suggest me that what should we do against KLJ
