Hi friends, I brought 2 BHK flat in KLJ platinum plus phase-1, D2 -Tower. as per builder buyer agreement.if builder is unable to give possion in 30 month and grace period 6 month then he has to pay @5 per sqf compensation to every customer, but now completely disagree, klj people are not given 14 month compensation to us, Please let me know how we can go to consumer court OR is there another way ??? any advice /thought / suggestions ----??????, please revert. if anybody facing the same problems with any builder.

I am Vikalp Dutt I also brought a 2 bhk flat in the same project in 2007 but still did not get possession, I think we have to form a group so that we can file a complaint against to this builder. [protected] dutt.[protected]@gmail.com, kindly provide me few buyers contact no. so that we can initiate this.
