[Resolved]  KMDA — irritating and disturbing calls/SMS from HSBC credit card department

I have been receiving SMS and calls from HSBC Credit card department for a long time now, though I have never subscribed to the card in person. I want such a thing to stop. Its disturbing to have such calls during my office hours or in midst of an important meeting
I do not know how far this mode of complaint would go in releiving me of such disturbances, but I would take legal measurs and if HSBC is taking it as a warning, then it very much so. I am in the post of Deputy Director of a Government office and if HSBC needs me to display how far I can go, I would do my best to quench such a desire. Do not take my patience as a sign of cowardice. I certainly look forward to NOT RECEIVING your calls.
