[Resolved]  Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital — Unhygienic and rude staff

I visit this hospital for all my treatments as I live in Malad W and this is the nearest multi speciality hospital.
Today I went in for an ECG. One bed sheet for all patients! In the monsoon people's feet tend to get dirty. The dust of the feet on the sheet and we have to lie in it to get an ECG.
I requested the technician to change the sheet . She got irate at my request. She said it makes her job very difficult if she has to change the sheet for every patient. She added we only change a sheet when a patient is INFECTED!

I told her that I was not going to lie on that unclean sheet. She rudely told me "then you will have to wait for your ECG." She stormed out of the room and returned later with a clean sheet.

What are the chairperson and other management doing about the RUDE speech, negative attitude and unhygienic conditions? The staff need soft skill training and there must be strict supervision about hygiene. Use disposable sheet rolls. We are charged high fees for the services !
