[Resolved]  koryo microwave oven -KMC2122 — no demonstration of product for how to use, after buying

I bought a KORYO microwave oven model no KMC 2122 serial no.ACKMC2122 A09K 0220 DATED23/01/2010 from big bazaar shop of future group of kishore biyani's in Indore city 's famous mall Treasure Island .Till today it has not started working and no demo has been given even after repeated reminders to e- care phone no -[protected]-of home solutions retail India limited Mumbai.When approached to local dealer of big bazaar form where the the product was bought he told to contact the company at above phone no. .when i contacted above phone the man mr. mohan and sameer told me to contact the local service center. when I contacted the local service center there no response to me on phone and the address was not available tome. in this way i exerted a lot physically as well as mentally and also wasted petrol fuel of my car while driving from one place to other many a times. Yet my problem remains unsolved.

It should be made mandatory to print e-mail address of the customer grievance cell of the company on the cartoon of the product and in the cash memo of the product by the company so that any problem in the product or in redering service may be communicated to company in time .since last one week I am searchig the e- mail address of the koryo, home solutions retail india limited, Andheri, Mumbai to register my grievance about poor after sales service of a product, koryo microwave oven, which is dead since purchase. The Govt of India compulsorily should do this .
I have a similar complaint. Even I bought a convection oven microwve oven Model 2121 from R-City mall (Big Bazzar) Vikhroli, Mumbai. I too waited for the technician to come and instll it but nobody turned up for installation and basic guidance. Eventually I did it myself but unfortunately even the packed piece found to be defective. There was smoke coming from inside on switching on the oven and even there was no display. With great difficulty I have lodged a complained with their e-care and still awaiting the mechanic's visit. Very poor service I can say. As for the product I am yet to experience it as the packed product itself was defective and hence got no opportunity to use it. Mr. Kishore Biyani should take them to task for such poor service or discontinue promoting this brand.
Koryo Microwae gifted to us in the year 2008 August (friends purchased in Big Bazar, Hyderabad), but unfortunately we could not get a chance to use it till October 2010.

We observed that the microwave is not working (power not coming) when opened for the first time. We gave a complaint to the call center ([protected]) on October 7, 2010. Service center people (From Koryo service center Attapur, Hyderbad Phone: [protected]) Haneef and Aleem ([protected]) took the microwave on October 27, 2010.

We have contacted call center for the status more than 20 times and service center for more than 30 times, but there is no response from their end.

Now the service center people are telling us that the contract between the service center and the company (Koryo) has been terminated and we need to contact some other person (Shyam Sunder) in Maredpalli, Hyderabad service center.

There is no proper response from call center, company and service center after such complaint, it is very negligence of company.

Please help me in this regard.

even i faced the same problem no demonstration after a relati ve of mine gifted me this microwave ov en koryo kmc2122 model. till today after 1 year i have not been able to use it.

Very difficult to deal with Electric appliances, Though its a high voltage product Koryo Microwave,
No demo as well no information how to use it. I brought 10 year ago still it was unused as once, on helpless with no guideline from the company, I started myself to run it kept Idali, Plastic which came along with product, start melting, upon scared..never ever dared to use it..Though I made many request to their serves center for demonstration., Non from company ever came to guide how to use this product.
Microwave we have but, no use on not guided how to use.

High wattage product connected to electricity. Convinced better to live without product.
