[Resolved] Kotak — Fraud in selling the Surakshit Jeevan policy | |||
Mr. Suresh Chowdhary Mobile no.-[protected], on behalf of kotak company came to my house and sold me a ‘Surakshit Jeevan’ plan. In the policy details, he told that I will get 14.71% return in the existing Flexi Plan in Dec 2010, If i invest in Surakshit Jeevan policy. Since, Flexi plan was in loss, I had no interest in investing in any of the kotak products. I had already stopped the premium payment of Flexi plan after 3 years. But after looking at the "Surakshit Jeevan policy", I agreed to invest in the same. When I talk to kotak customer care No., I was shocked to know that there is no such scheme for Flexi-Plan and Mr. Suresh cheated me on behalf of kotak company. Kotak company sales man are doing fraud by capturing the existing data of the customer policies and then selling new policies to them by making false commitments. Now, I want to surrender the Kotak Surakshit Jeevan policy, but kotak is not replying anything at all. Policy Number for the same is 00427129 Was this information helpful? | |||

I have two policy of kotak surakshit jeevan amount Rs 30000/= each dated 22 and 24th nov 2011. Your Delhi branch customer care tell me about this that this is a single investment plan and after 6 month they will return 2 % which is 1200+50 Rs interest for 5 years and after 5 years they return my complete money with bonus. But when I received policy bond I will seen that it is 15 year regular plan and after 15 year I get all my premium back . Then I call your executive they tell me this to wait for 1 month then bond will be corrected by the company. And all the benefits will mention (corrected) in my both bonds. then I wait 1 month but there is no correction or no new bond is issue by your side. After this I contacted that person it will not picking my phone.
it is not possible to me that to pay 60000/Rs per year for 15 years. so i want to surrender my policy but kotak team not respoding they tell free look period is over .What i should do
