DEAR SIR,I HAD GIVEN BACK ONE POLICY IN FREELOOK CANCELLATION. SENTED THROUGH SPEEDPOST TO KOTAK LIFE'S HEAD OFFICE. AFTER MAKING OF MANY REMINDERS, I YET NOT GOT MY REFUND FROM THEIR SIDE.
