I had submitted an application for partial withdrawal from my ULIP policy No 00454350 on 14 Jan 11 at Kotak Life Insurance, Bhikaji Kama Place, New Delhi. I was told that money would be credited into my bank a/c within 07 working days but till date I have not received any money in my a/c. I had been given a toll free customer care no[protected] to enquire about the money. I called up to customer care also but no fruitful action has been taken till date.
I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter so that I could get the money as early as possible. I shall be obliged to you for the same.
