[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cheating by Kotak Demat Account | |||
I have Opened Demat a/c with Kotak Securities in Three Years ago. While Account opening, the executive named Mr.Balaji , This guy told me is Total Free of cost for Demat account, I received welcome kit and other information , but i never used online Trading Demat account, but Bank charging every year, This month also detected Rs 670 from my account.. i called customer care also they told to me it is not our fault, this is your fault , we cannot give you refund , so you have to submit cancellation form then after that we will not deduct the money from you account Was this information helpful? | |||
