I am Veejay, opened an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank with home branch Preet Vihar (New Delhi) in 14/12/2009. My account type is saving account. At the time of account opening bank's customer representatives told me it is zero balance account and you will get welcome kit at free of cost. Due to some personnel problem I did not deposit money in my account from long past time. I have Rs. 4441.97 on 20/08/2012 as per bank's email alert but it was Rs. 3,599.27 on 23/08/2012. Rs. 842.70 is cut due to AQB Non Maintenance Charges. If it is zero account balance with saving account then why these kinds of charges applied on my account. These kinds of charges never told by bank's customer representatives. I thought these are the hidden charges imposed by the bank. I mailed to customer service of this bank on 10th sep 2012. They replied that they are looking the matter and try to solve out this problem. But till now no action is taken by the bank. please help me to got my deduct money. Was this information helpful? |
