Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 24th sep 2012 at 7.06 pm I have tried to withdraw money from New India Co-Op bank ATM located in Andheri East, Mumbai No.400069 using the ATM address: Andheri East, Mumbai No.400069 . I have used my debit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit card No. [protected]. I used the card to withdraw an amount of Rs. 800/- (eight hundred only) two times Rs.400/- each at 7:05pm and 7:06 pm The machine failed to disburse money. On enquiring my bank about the fault in the machine, they informed me that an amount of Rs. 800/- have been debited from account.
i have to complaint in my Kotak Bank. My bank have give assurance for me to getting back my money in 7 days. but At the last movement my Kotak Bank said to me we do not help me becouse New India Bank said money have withdraw from my Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card no. [protected].
Kindly look into the matter and consider my case and help me to get back the amount of Rs. 800/- debited by New India Co-Op Bank.
