I have saving account in Kotak Mahindra bank Ltd. I have done tansaction from Axis Bank Atm at hisar on dated[protected] timing 13:33:15 with the amountof Rs/.8500 but during the transaction I received only Rs/.1500 and rest Rs/. 7000 i did not recieve. A lot of complaints raised against that ATM in that period and also axis bank employees admitted that. All such kind of complaints related to Axis Bank customers are solved. I raised this Issue many times but do not get any positive resonse from Kotak Bank. They are also not providing any video footage related to this. Mr Mohammed Asim have cheated us by opening three acs instead of 1, for the sake of gaining his points to complete his target.Moreover, we have not got any cheque book uptil today.We had opened the ac on 01/08/16.My money, rs 15000/- is blocked.There is no response from the bank officials of kalbadevi branch Mumbai.I personally visited the manager on 23/09, regarding this matter.He too assured that within the week I would get my cheque books and my debit card would be activated.But the week has not come yet.Its a shame that the agents are trained this way, to cheat the people.I am now not interested in your bank, but will have to wait for 6 months to close the acs.I want to withdraw the money, But HOW?pls do something.

I am writing this email after getting frustrated with the kotak customer care service about my reported issue. It has been more than a month my money was deducted through three unsuccessful transaction to redbusebus and there has been no action over it. Redbusebus has denied any transaction happening into their account.
I have been calling the customer care now and then but each time they say they are sending issues to other team etc etc.
My last appeal to you is please take immediate steps to resolve my issues at the earliest. I am also exploring option of closing my relationship with Kotak bank in case my issues is not resolved asap.I will advise my friends as well about your services on social media.
