I think cheque book is free with some private banks like ICICI. But in case of Kotak Mahindra Bank this is not true as I am having corporate salary account with kotak. I had requested for issunig a cheque book and they chagred me for issuing this cheque book.
Customer care executive said that this can not be reversed. I have not requesetd a single cheque book till account opening (more than one and half year).
This is not for some amount but to highlight this as whether we have to continue with Kotak or not. Was this information helpful? |
