Hi, I had a car loan from Kotak for which I was asked to get ECS signed from ICICI. I provided the same. I put some query to the concerned person for my EMI date and I was not told this. For which I put a query on this on the customer service. The person (Amit) from number[protected] talked to me and he was very-2 rude and was talking like threatning. I'll tell you the whole story once I get the call on my number [protected]
