[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited — Fraud Selling of LIFE INSURANCE Plan

Respected Sir/Madam, An agent of the company had sold me a Policy claiming that i would be receiving 12 - 15 Lakhs in total after maturity. But later on when i come to know the fact about the policy( total maturity amount is less than 4Lakhs), i made many complains to customer care, nothing had been resolved and at last they are saying that since you did the policy with us, you will have to continue minimum 3 years with us or your money shall be disolve. I had told them please refund my money and i don't wish to continue with the policy anymore. cause their agent did fraud to sale the policy to me. I just receive an email from kli.[protected]@kotak.com and a document attach to it. Where you only discuss about the period and money that shall not be release after revival period.
Does your attached document means, that the sales executive could do fraud and fool the customers. And, you keep enjoying keeping our money mentioning terms.

I just need to know who you compensate to the client to whom your sales executive does fraud to sale the policy and how do you take action to such a sales executive?

Sir,
It been so many days and i have recive no reply from your end.
Now it's a kind of harresment, for my money i have to make request to you all. Your sales executive walk to my office, making miss leading sales and dublicating my signature on main paper. I need a reply on this asap.

Please note that, the sales executive had miss sold the insurance plan to me, . If you check and get it verified by writing expert, you will find on the bond paper "terms & condition" my signature had been copied and signed by the sales executive of kotak. Also, there for no inquary made my the customer care, to find, if the plain explained to me is right or miss lead.
Now, everytime i have to repeat this same story, this is harassing me.

Today i recieve a call, might be from kotak head office.
I cannot understand, why these people are showing me terms and condition. Since the policy was a false selling and on the "terms & Condition" document is not my signature...
How could they all consider me to obey, when i didn't sign the document "terms document'. And, It's not my signature!
When it's not my signature, it means the sales executive sign the document.
Then how come these people consider me to go with terms & condition.
I need a final resolution this week itself. Or i will go ahead to file a case for such scam.
