This is to inform you that i have opened a Trinity account from Kotak Mahindra Bank Brabourne Road Branch in the month of November by depositing Rs. 5750/- in the account. But till date I have not received any welcome kit from your side. I went in person and clarified all the questions in the month of December but no steps in this regard has yet been taken. Kindly do the needful so that either i can use the account or I can get my money back.
