DUE TO SOME MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ME AND UR AGENT MR. PRATTEK CHOWHSI, HE HAS SUBMITTED THE CHEQUE NO. 0133139 OF HDFC, JALNA Rs 30000 /- AND CHEQUE ALREADY PASSED, WHICH I NOT TOLD HIM TO DO SO.

U R REQUESTED TO PL REFUND MY AMOUNT OF Rs 30000 WHICH I WAS PLAN FOR INSURANCE KOTAK/SMART ADVANTAGE INSURANCE.,

PL NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT FILLED THE FORM .

UR EARLY ACTION WILL BE APPRICIABLE AS I AM IN TROUBLE NOW.
