To, Gm, while opening a new a/c in kotak securities , your rm Amir lad committed to me regarding brokerage for 20 paise on delivery & 2 Paise on intraday but after opening it is 50 paise on delivery &,5 Paise on intraday, without even informing me, I feel like being cheated, now iam shifting my a/c , very disgusting on the part of such reputed bank.
