[Resolved] Koutons — REPLACEMENT OF KOUTONS BRAND DEFECTIVE JEANS

Dear, I would like to inform that I am a regular customer of KOUTONS BRAND. What I bring to your kind notice is that I had purchased a shirt and a denim pant from KOUTONS outlet situated at Rohtas Nagar, Shahdra, Delhi vide bill No. 0000677 dtd 20.06.2007 for Rs.1300.00. Although the shirt purchased is a good one, but the jeans is getting faded after every wash and looks like an old one, which is not expected from a branded item like Koutons. When contacted the above outlet, the replacement was refused on the one pretext or the other without any solid reason. This complaint is being made with the sole motive that the company Koutons is betraying the trust of its customers by selling substandard clothing and not replacing the same too. This is the same situation as with me. I also purchased a Jeans in Dec'09 from Koutons showroom at Banjara hills, Hyderabad. And on the first wash itself, Jeans left colour & it looks like a old jeans. When i asked for replacement, then shopkeaper refused to replace saying that "Sir ye to Fashin hai, Jeans ka colour to jatahi hai." Now I am afraid to purchase a branded jeans, because if this is the treatment to customer & they are not ready to maintain quality of material, then definately strict action should be taken against them.

Same situation happened with me. I also purchased a Jeans from Koutons Retail India Ltd. Banjara Hills Hydrabad on 21st December 2008. Jeans left colour in first wash & it looks like a old Jeans. Shopkeeper refused to replace that Jeans. If this is going to happen with the customer I will never purchase anything from Koutons & also suggest to my frinds the same. Memo no. I have been a regular customer of Koutons brand. But recently I have purchased a pant worth Rs. 1099/- from your outlet situated at Shop-15/16, Mittal Mega Mall, HUDA, PANIPAT vide Bill Memo No.FHFH-0004039 dated 11/10/08.That pant faded drastically in its very first wash and became like older one. I visited to the above mentioned outlet along with faded pant and requested the owner of the shop to replace it. But instead of hearing my plea properly he misbehaved with me and my family rudely and straight away refused to replace the same while my problem was genuine one.It has been such a shocking experience that I could not understand till date why Koutons being such an esteemed company award franchisee/dealership to such a RUDE and unmannered Person who doesn't even know how to deal with customers and solve their query for replacement of a pant.Sir I request you to take harsh action against the owner of Shop-15/16, Mittal Mega Mall, HUDA, PANIPAT and arrange to replace my Pant which has faded drastically in its very first wash purchased vide Bill Memo No.FHFH-0004039 dated 11/10/08 from above mentioned shop at the earliest.

My friend giftd me a top purchased from Ludhiana Koutons shop & they told her we can change it from any kouton centre as m leavin in ambala i been to koutons shop n ask them to exchange it as i wanted casual top instead of party wear, in morning they said ok, cum any tym n u can change it but in the evening they simply refused to change it.
You are requested to to solve the issue.

Hi . I bought a Denim From Your store of nirmal life style..(kouton rushell)..I use it on second day..on that day it self that denim torn from below the zipper..and from the bottom of the denim...I visited the store and talk with the consult person..He said leave the jeans here and let me spoke to my Boss...
After few day I visited in store again..Than that Fellow Sameer..Told Me That we cant do any thing in that.
You personally talk with our boss..in dehli...How Redicules this Why should I talk with the Nikhil Patel..Who is in dehli...Why You people not doing any thing from the store level..why should customer face the problem..see its happend with in a day..not a month...I guess the quality of denim was not good
You people have to check the quality before manufacturing any thing.That day itself I told that Sameer..I will see in the consumer court..He said Pls Go and do whatever You Want to do...is this the customer service you people offering to the customer...
