Krishna Movers and Packers — Delay in shifting and Missing my household things from mumbai.

Dear Sir,

I want to file the complaint against the Company Krishna Movers and Packers - Address of which is 8089, 1st Floor, Gali No.-7, Multani Dhanda, Pahar Gang, New Delhi - 110055, in which i have booked and packed my Household things from Mumbai to Delhi on 4th November 2010 for shifting purpose and they promised and assured to deliver all things safely on 10th November 2010, after checking on 10th November 2010, they told there is a delay because of festival diwali and promise again to deliver on 11th November 2010 and again after several calls on 12th Nov 2010 they not picked up my phone and not responded and said what's the actual status of my household things. Finally they deliver my household things on 14th Nov 2010 but out of total 19 carton they deliver 18 carton and missed one Big carton in which there was lots of valuable things like Computer accessory, electronic items, Glass Table and my more items. Now today exactly 2 months passed but when i called these people they are not able to answer neither give me the reasonable claim amount.

So i request you to take the strict action against them so that in future general public take relief from these types of fraud people.
