My father Sh. Rishi Pal Garg, had invested in Kuber Mutual Funds Benefits Ltd. and Kuber Planters in year[protected], in the name of himself, my mother Smt. Sudha Garg, me, Rajat Garg and my brother Sharad Garg.
That after fraud by the company and appointment of the liquidator, we had applied for refund in year 2008, but till date we have not received any information regarding any refund or any information regarding the refund.
Can any one guide me on the procedure and steps to follow to get refund of my hard earned amount.

Many years have been passed I have neither received back my invested money nor any response from fraudent company in the matter.
