DEAR FRIENDS, NEVER GOTO KULATHUNKAL MOTORS FOR SERVICE OF YOUR VEHICLE.BECAUSE I AM GOING TO TELL MY EXPERIENCE....
(1) I BOOKED A NANO LX FROM KULATHUNKAL SHOWROMM,BRANCH,KARUNAGAPPALLY.I HADE GET THE VEHICLE NOT IN TIME BECAUSE,IT WAS DELIVERED FROM TRIVANDRUM SHOW ROOM.AFTER THAT I WEND TO THE KULATHUNKAL SHOW ROOM AT KOTTARAKKARA FOR AN ENQUIERY ABOUT THE VEHICLE.THEIR I GOT AN UNEXPECTED APPROACH FROM THE SALES EXECUTIVE.HE ASKED SOME FOOLING QUESTIONS TO ME AND TORCHED TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM OTHER KULATHUNKAL SHOW ROOM.
(2) I GAVE MY NANO LX VEHICLE FOR THE FIRST SERVICE TO KULATHUNKAL SERVICE CENTRE KOLLAM,KERALA BY HAND OF MY DRIVER.HE REACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE ON 8.30 AM.HE WAITED 30 MIN OUTSIDE OF THE RECEPTION.NOBODY CAME AND ASK ANYTHING.ALL THE STAFF OF THE SERVICE CENTRE ARE NOT POLITE AND LISTENING IN CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.
THERE IS NOT ANY STAFF EVEN CAN TALK TO CUSTOMERS "CAN I HELP YOU?"
DEAR FRIENDS DON'T GO TO THE SERVICE CENTRES OF KULATHUNKAL MOTORS.BECAUSE NOBODY WILL ASK YOU WHAT IS OUR PROBLEM AND THE VEHICLE.
IF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE KULATHUNKAL MOTORS WILL SEE THIS COMPLAINT,PLEASE GAVE PROPER TRAINING TO THE STAFF OF KULATHUNKAL MOTORS ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR AND EVEN TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS.
