I gave my car for some claim work on 5th January, 2010. They told they will deliver on 11th. But later postponed to 12th and 13th. I requested them to deliver the car at my workplace as I used to get my office work finished well after their closing time. They did not oblige. Delay in Refunding Advance Money
I have made a booking for a Tata Sumo Grande, and made an advance of Rs.5000 at the Kulathunkal Motors in Kollam. It was told that on cancellation full amount would be refunded in 7 days. On negotiating the terms of finance, there was a big difference between the rate of Interest and EMI agreed by the Showroom Executive / Manager, when the Loan was sanctioned the EMI had a difference of 500 rs. per month.
