Kun Honda Sales cum service center in adyar is the worst service center i have ever seen. I booked for my third free service(which is not actually free and included in your vehicle price) and when i go & drop my vehicle, they treat me as if i live at their mercy. The vehicle which was in good condition, gets tampered during the service and is handed over to us with miscellaneous charges which is actually meant to be free. The side view mirror of my vehicle got tampered and is loosely swaying around when i go at 40km/hr. The lock of the vehicle will be jammed and you need to struggle with it for more than week to bring it back. when you go back to them, they hardly hear and say we are busy. Busy in what??(serving ???) The service people abuse you for their mistakes. These guys are basking in glory under the name of Honda. Guys please don't just go by the brand image, fall into the trap of these third rated local dealers.These guys should be punished for their impudence.

I suffered the same at Kun Honda Service Centre at Laskhman-stuthi signal. They scratched my exhaust Cover and removed the side indicator buzzer. On complaining they said that bike is delivered they dont take responsibilty after its delivered. WTF !! They simply kept the bike outside and I had no other choice but to leave an unhappy customer.
I am also a customer of KUN HONDA Since 2002 have got ACTIVA, UNICORN and dio...

BUT i was treated well and i am satisfied with their service and customer.I accept no one can give 100%

customer satisfaction. They are doing well. i have referred many of my friends too. but i have not heard any

complaints from them. Anyways if you have complaints please Contact Mr.Ganesan (Managing Director)

he is a gentleman and will solve your issues.
Ganesan never picks the phone...As others have mentioned they are worst in service. Iam taking my compliants to honda.
Very poor service. They use non experienced staff for servicing the bikes. Most of the times they never use to completely do a proper service. I am very much frustrated due to their improper service.

KUN Honda, Adayar is the worst place to service your vehicle, I went for first service of my Honda Activa by booking appointment 10- days before... even then the asked for two days for the service. I dont' know that those peple knows the meening for "Appointment". I never face that kind of worst response form the guy who is booking the vehicles for service in the road side (they do not even have proper place to park the vehilce... just parking in the road side...). I just reported a complient for fixing the choke liver. When I went for delivery on the next day... I was not even allowed to see my vehicle before the payment. After the payment, we have to serch our key for the tray in front of the shop. I took my key and asked the guy to bring my vehicle... It wos horrible to see my bike .. without washing, full of dust... even more dirty before the servce. The only one issue i reported was not even fixed in two fulll days. I went to the manager an asked... but his response is the ultimate one... he was pointing me for hell lot of questions...

I heard that this is the same happening in other HONDA service centers also...

Guys please do not by any HONDA ACTIVA... You will end up in frustration...

Pls make the ensurement of bike delivary. I booked on jan 9 th, Pls don't let me to get the bad impression on KUN honda...

They are very very worst in service (KUN HONDA ADAYAR), they will treat you as a king till they sell the bike, after that they will not even bother you. Plz dont go for kun honda service center, it is only waste of money and time, they will ruin your bike. When I went there for bike service, they did not rectify the problem what was said, water wash was done here and there. After two days I went again for the same problem which I told them on the service, but still not rectified. After there service I got many problems which were not present earlier . Plz dont go for Kun Honda just try some other service center.

Last week i have serviced my unicorn in KUN Honda Adyar, they made some scratches on my bike, no one answered for that. Is it a services company or tampering others vehicle with getting money from owners???

All the customers who have written about their woes with KUN Honda Service Centre at Adyar is very true. I had also suffered at their hands very recently during the first week of December 11. I had given my Aviator for general service with a specific request that the Kickstart is not working. I received the vehicle in the same condition as it was left before the service. Adding to my woes, the self start which was perfect before service is not working, battery not charged, tail lamp notworking, water wash not done. But they have charged me for all the above. When contacted as per their advice the next day, they said thatthe spares are not available and I should come back after 20 days. It is very true that the dealership of this company should be cancelled by Honda if their brand image is to be secured. Else the dissatisfaction will ruin the market share of Honda in the days to come. If I go in for a next vehicle, definitely I would choose another brand, but not Honda, simply for their bad service centres.

I really fed up with Adyar KUN Honda Showroom's service, worst responds, this is not the correct way to handle a customer, there is no proper communication, no timely delivery, why should I unnecessarily wait for delivery after paid all the formalities including registration fee for more than 2 months.
i left my activa for third free service and they said battery had draind and it has to be serviced and it will be ready in 5 working days, though they gave me the vehicle without the battery it was very difficult to kick start as it is lady driven and worst to drive without horn and, indicator.any how i managed for 5 day and went to them again to see that battery was not rectified and they asked for another five days, i asked for service battery which they said they dont have and worst part was very bad response by the incharge person mr pradeep who attended me.I am very sorry for kun honda (adyar) chennai and their worst service
I completely Agree!!! They basically have no respect for customer. You can very feel you are treated like .

I had my Unicorn serviced couple of days back and found that the plastic casing over the speedometer is broken while they fixed the passing light which was not working from the day one I brought the vehicle which I did not notice. The rep over there Mohan says straight way by looking at the bike and "says we did not brake this part. It would got broken when someone leans over the vehicle while I parked some else where."

They do not have any process. The front mud guard was not fixed and the job card had it noted there. But while I took it after service, they mud was still not fixed. I had drive back to the service center to fix it. So it mean not one checks, no one cares. In the same sense if they say that the engine oil is changed, unless we check the oil we will never know they changed or not. Mr Mohan says "The engine will cease if the engine oil is not changed. So you will have no clue unless the engine fails to find out they have the change oil changed.

He sounded so nasty while this discussion took place in front of the shop with lot of people surrounding us. So this so show, to other customers what can they expect from their service and how they care about their customer.

Their logic seems to be very simple.
- Give the money first,
- Take the vehicle if you want to
- If you still want to waste money get it serviced with us. We are not bothered as long as you are ready to spend money.

All the above said compliant are very true.

- The key gets stuck atleast for a week.
- If you don't polish the vehicle (rs.350) the vehicle won't look like water wasted.
- The chain will look the same way even spend 120 for cleaning it.

Rather than these folks we got to a near mechanic shop and get the vehicle service in front of out eyes.
Very worst service. I gave the my bike in Ashok Nagar service center. they doesn't touch my bike just they only change the new spares and billed. manually they didn't do any service related activities. When I went for delivery, all the complaints are open nothing has been fixed perfectly .

They are very cleaver first they billed and then only they show the bike. once billed it not possible to re-collect. I[censored] as the service person anything they answered very rood. They said Any complaints you are going to give means go and give. We will not do anything already we fixed all your complaints.

I am very upset. I thought my amount 3000 has been stolen.
KUN Honda - OMR - Very Worst customer service. I completely agree with worst customer satisfaction. I paid full amount for Honda activa 'i' and waiting for my bike to get delivered for about 10 days. They were saying so many excuses like RTO absent, forgot to submit the form and so many stories. Going to KUN honda OMR is like going to fish market and getting fishes. Once you enter the show room, you need to find your seat and pick the vehicle and call the sales person to book the vehicle. They will get the money from us and put it in their drawer. Thats it..
No proper greeting from them..
No proper timeline for the vehicle delivery.
Irresponsible answer from the reception ladies.

Honda is spoiling it name because of it worst customer service..

ALWAYS ASK PHOTO COPY OF JOB CARD .OTHER WISE THEY will FILLL WHAT EVER THEY WANT.

1.CHEK YOUR FUEL CAREFULLY - AND INFORM SAME TO SERVICE REP AND NOTE IT IN JOB CARD ALSO
2.IF POSSIBLE PLS RECORD THE COMPLTE TRANSACTION BETWEEN SERVICE REP AND WITH YOU.
3.KINDLY TAKE PHOTO OF BIKE WITH SERVICE REP ON TIME. OTHER WISE THEY WIL TEL SPARE BROKEND .I INFORMED
BUT YOU ARE NOT LISTEN.LIKE THAT

4.DONT ESCLATE ANY ONE IF ANY ISSUE HAPPEND

5.STRAIGHT AWAY WRITE OFFICAL COMPLAINT TO MAIN HONDA OFFICE WITH ALL PROPER EVIDENCE.

6.PUT A CC TO TAMIL NADU MOTOR COMPLAIT REGISTER OFFICE.

Hi Everyone,


Yes ofcourse even my experience is the same.I am leaving my activa for paid service. Even for free service we will be treated as if we are waiting in front of Goverment hospital OP ward. For post service I had been made to wait for more then 45 mins unnecessarily. the person who needs to attend me behaved as if he came from heaven and he know very well I came in lunch break from office but continued to ignore me.This is all because we dont have an place to go other than these authorised service centers.Honda should direcly monitor the behaviour and service standards and rate them.If the service is not according to the standard it should cancel their dealerships.Unless this will continue.
When I got my bike after waterwash and teflon coating (they call it as wax polish) even the crow excretion marks have not gone. I would have better cleaned than that. They still chage 2500 rs.


I compared KUN HOnda with Ramkay TVS .I felt Ramkay TVS is far better.


Can anyone suggest me any other good service center for Honda in and around adayar?
there is no response at all . no good mechanic there . me and friends taken 5 bikes there . but service is very poor and proper response
I am leaving my activa for paid service, For each service they complaint that issue with part need to change with new one . In my last service during Dec2014, they have replaced with new part.Afer service with in one month i have complaint the issue. Again They said need replace the new part . It looks like they are not placing HONDA genuine parts. During service if log any issues, the immediate response will be "need to replace with new part. ". Before going for service, i assume need to contact the mechanics regarding the issues.
I even faced the same with Adayar Honda showroom & service. They doesn't have value to customers. I do not refer anybody to go to adayar showroom & service center. I will give very poor rating to Honda that is 1 out of 5... worst experience...
