[Resolved] Kutchina — KUTCHINA SERVICE PROBLEM | |||
My name is Disha Mitra, i am a house wife. I have purchased a Kutchina chimney (model: Vogue, on 14.07.2012 from your Midnapore Branch (Kshudiram Nagar, K.D. College of Commerce,2nd Lane, Midnapore-721101). I tried phone repeatedly for free service. But it is a matter of great regret that they did not response and only one time came for servicing the product after a lot of request and i.e. after six months. I think it is your duty to serve the product at the free of cost during its warranty period. Why I have to request your Service Engineer again and again for free service. BUT WE GET BETTER PERFORMANCE IN CHIMANY AND WE FACE SO MANY PROBLEM IN YOUR HUB YOUR SERVICE CENTER HAS TAKEN OUR HUB TWO TIME IN ASANSOL BUT THEY ARE NOT SOLVING OUR PROBLEM .
AFTER ONE YEAR THIS PROBLEM HAS STARTED, NOW WE HAVE CONTACTED YOUR THREE DEALER IN DHANBAD AND ALSO CONTACTED WITH YOUR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE MR CHANDAN BUT HE REFUSED US THAT THIS MODEL IS ABSOLUTELY OUTDATED .WE CAN NOT SUPPLY ITS SPARES. PLEASE SALE ITS IN SCRAP AND PURCHASE NEW OUR PRODUCT .
FROM LAST ONE YEAR OUR HUB IS NOT WORKING.
