[Resolved] Kutchina - Vogue Chimney — Service Issues and Behaviors of service staff - Mr. Dilip Das | |||
I had purchased one Kutchina Vouge Chimeny on July 2011. At the time of purchase we were not told by the franchisee holder of Konnagar ( Manasatala, just behind Netaji Statue, Criper Road) that we have to take on call free service and the same will not be provide without any call. At the time of first servicing he had shown me that the same was written on the booklet.At that point of time we had no choice but to accept the same. After that we had forget to call them at the time of second servicing which was due on March'2012 due to our busy schedule as me and my wife both are engaged in service. In the month of April when we had called them they have advised us that as the time of second servicing has already over so we can opt for the third servicing which will be due in next July. We had agreed to that and book a call for the servicing and also informed them that we will be only available on sunday of saturday evening. They have agreed and noted our call. Unfortunately after that till date we are receiving only calls from the different offices where one office does not know about the communication of another and asking us that have we received the service or not and every time they have advised us to book a new complaint for servicing which we do not get till date. Finally, today when Mr. Dilip das from Konnagar Service Center has communicated us the same thing once again we have communicated him that we have not received the service till date. After that he has abused very irately saying "what are you talking rubbish ( In bengali apni ki ultopalta kotha bolchhen)" and disconnected the line. We have lodged 2 complaints in the prescribed mail id of Kutchina which were also unresponded. In view of the above we would like draw the matter under the adjudication for the mental harrasment.
