On 24.10 09, I have surrendered my policy No.[protected] at branch vivekananda Complex, Vivekananda more, Kaliyaganj, Uttar Dinajpur.It was told cheque will be delivered within 7days. On Various dates my brother met with Branch Manager he told it will be delivered shortly. But till date I have not received any cheque form you . whenever my brother is going to your branch your branch people is not listening anything .Just they are harassing customer . Already 3 months is over to get the payment. If I not received payment within 7 days then I will complain to IRDA . Can lic tell me when my harassement will be ended?

my lici policy -new jeevan dhra policy no[protected] matured on 10/10/11 & I submit all the required documents on 01/10/11to my service lic branch (41H ) 102, aurobinda sarani, kol-700006 but till today I get no response from their side.

On 17.12 08, I have surrendered my policy No.[protected] at branch 126, Daryaganj.It was told cheque will be delivered within 7days. On 30.12 08 I and met Ms Kavita, of PS Dept she told it will be delivered shortly.Today I got a letter dated 20/12 wherein in sl 8 "Pls complete enclosed form duly atteted and witnessed, but no form is enclosed.
