L.I.C of INDIA — policy not surredered but matured by lic of india

sir/mam, i am a policy holder from lic of india .my ulip policy no. is[protected] of money plus from motinagar branch(029).sir my policy is not surrendered but lic of india issued me a cheque of rs 45243 on 24/08/2012 without my original certificate & giving me any information. they told me that this policy is not good take another policy this is not a way that they behave, i am suffering from mentally torture, disturbance from lic.i want it renewed or penalty on lic of india of rs 10000000.kindly take it seriously & file a complaint against lic of india. thanking you priyanshu gupta [protected] [protected]@hotmail.com
