Lack of response from Banjara Gas, Hyderabad

I have gas connection with Amar Gas Service, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad whose phone numbers are as follows.[protected],[protected]. I have booked for refil on 15th of this month and my serial number is 4660 and I was told that the cylinder will be delivered within two days. But till today they have not deliverd and their attitude is so ugly and causual. Kindly look into the matter and instruct the gas company to deliver the cylinder.

I have indian gas connection and am staying in Pragathi nagar beside panchavati appartments. My gas number is 40024. The Indian gas delivery boy asking 50 rs more for door delivery and insisting on the money. Moreover, explaining that every body is giving in this area otherwise he will take the cylinder back to gas company. His attitude towards ladies are unusual.

Kindly look into these issue and stop asking this bribe.

Both the telephone numbers i.e. 23227799 and 23221985are always engaged last 3 month . Please provide some solution in this regard. I need to book the cylinder urgently -- Ram Prasad

WHEN I TRIED BOOK ONLINE I AM GETTING A REPLY " Sorry, We can't accept your booking, because our service is not available at your distributor end." I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE MEANING FOR THIS MESSAGE. oTHERWISE I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK ON PHONE SINCE THE PHONES ARE ALL ENGAGED WHENEVER I CALL.

Prasad B Y — Lack of delivery of Indane Gas

I had booked Indane gas to our distributor SRI GURUKRUPA INDANE DISTRIBUTORS JP Nagar , through website on 17/11/2011. Inspite of repeated calls and complaints there’s no response from their side. They haven’t supplied the gas till today. We are afraid that we will run out of gas in 2-3 days.
Please help us.
