dear sir, I have BSNL Rs. 625 plan - broadband scheme. But my download speed is 15 kb/s.. i can complaint many times but there is no help for me.. sometime i angry with my family. some of the sites are opening and some are not. so i am very sad because my study is affected . i am B.Tech mechanical student so sir you know for engineering study internet is very imported. so plese help me to increase my internet speed.. i hope you can help me ,when my brodband speed is increase i am very happy so please help me.. vpo.paddi distt ludhiana, near sahnewal. phone no. most of the internet does not connected.
internet is start only night i.e. 8pm. and close morning and then not stat full day.
compter show 678 error of pppoe error in my internet connection.
please help me i am very sad.
