[Resolved]  Lakshmi Vatika Limited — Refund

Dear Sir,

I have booked one plot of 100 sq. yd. by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 65000/- (agst.ch.no.591308 dt.[protected] drawn on union bank of india) in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When i came to know that the company have noting in dehradun, i have applied for Refund throught broker complaint against the said company in Cannought Place narain manzil, 23 barakhamba road, new delhi -110001.

Please do the needful and suggest.

Refund

Dear Sir,

i have booked 1 plot of 100 sq. yd. by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 91000/- in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When i came to know that the company have noting in dehradun, i have applied for Refund and submitted the documents, as desired by the Compnay. However, I did not receive any refund. Subsquently, I lodged a complaint against the said company in the Economic Offence Wing, Delhi Police.
But there is no response from the Econimic offence Branch as well as from Lakshmi Vatika Ltd.
Please do the needful and suggest.

On 11th May, I was in Delhi High Court for some case. There was a case of LVL in .Court No.3 and the representatives of the Company appeared before the Hon'ble High Court.

I have booked 1 plot of 100 sq. Yd. By investing my hardcore money of Rs. 51000/- (cheque # 087976 on 28/12/2006, ICICI Bank) in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When I came to know that the company have nothing in Dehradun and the company was fraud. I have applied for Refund and submitted the documents, as desired by the Company. However, I did not receive any refund. Subsequently, I lodged a complaint against the said company in the Economic Offence Wing, Delhi Police.
