I purchased LAVA A10 Mobile handset from HOMESHOP18.com website online. I want to replace product because the mobile screen is not working properly. I sent mobile hand set to HOMESHOP18 with REPLACEMENT Certificate of the LAVA Company. But HOMESHOP18 not return back new mobile handset. I sent before 2 months. I call lots of time to customer care of the HOMESHOP18 but there was not satisfactions reply given me. Was this information helpful? | |||
