Mobile not working properly

Dear all,

i bought one LAVA KKT 26 mobile on 11th sep 2010. Actual mobile price is showing Rs.4,999. But the local vender is given me the best price, Rs.2,800 only. You know what is the problem. The mobile is not good that's why the company giving the best price (half of the actual price).
My problem is, i'm pressing the buttons, the applications coming too late (you can go for one tea and come back) then only the applications activate. I'm CHEATED the product.
Please don't go for LAVA mobiles and LAVA's other product. You will cheat, my experience i'm telling you.

I bought the lava A9 04 JUN 2010 BUT 02JUN 2010 .Phone is i not working properly there is problem in network also speaker is not working properly . I come to service canter on 19.10.10 but till the date problem is not solved. Pls help me

I bought a LAVA cell phone on 22 May 2010.After 2 months the cell phone had some problems in keypad & i handed overit to ur service centre for repair.Since then several times I visit at your srvice centre and every time they told new story.Ur service centre give me a certificate after one month stating that software is unservicable and get replacement from dealer when i approach to dealer for replacement, he didn't agree for replacement.After facing all these problems, one thought came in my mind that i made a blunder mistake by purchasing the LAVA cell phone.
It is not a matter of spending money by customers like me but makes a scar in customers mind .
Now, it is requested that please look after into the matter and instruction may be given to the dealer for replacement.

I bought LAVA Mobile on 04/3/2011, Model KKT 30 and within a few days time the charger cable got defective and Cell phone could not be charged and was given to WIRELESS PLANT (AUTHORIZED CENTRE OF LAVA) for replacement and was assured to deliver new cable in 15 days time. But despite repeated calls to the service dealer the answer is the cable is yet to receive from the manufacturer. And I feel this company and product is bogus. And no should buy even at free of cost. And also quality of mobile instrument is very very poor.
