After one month i faced some major problem with my Laptop. first is the 'P' key in the keybord is very hard to press and the LID(the opener) is very loose and now it too hard to open the Laptop. For this reason now i don't open the laptop if open the laptop it may be break !!!

i m nitish kumar purchase a laptop (53Q) on 27- june-2008. but there r some problem in keybords and upper and lower case. so i give the laptop in service centre at nehruplace service centre on17-02-09 and my case id is-l92h00vx. i took the protection pack of 2200. but untill i have no any type of responces from the service centre.
please take an action quickly.

but there is a problem in LCD screen and keyboard keys are not working properly.
i want toup grade my RAM to 4GB.

Lenovo — problem in lenevo notebook
siri purchased lenevo laptop last year on[protected]. now my laptop DVD writter is not working properly
second problem is that when i am using my laptop more than 2 hour, it suddenly shutdown even if it is contineously charging and after it, if we try to start it agin then it won't start.
my laptop is in warranty period. plz replace/service it a soon possible...

This is Rahul from hyderabad. I purchased Lenovo L 192 (19 inches LCD Desktop) one year back. I lost Monitor Base (Means Desk to base - with which we stand LCD) while shfting my House. It has been more than 10 months and I am continuously trying to get that LCD Base. I contacted Pune branch, hyderabad all branches & also head office.
But Nobody helped me in this regard. They are saying that, L 192 model has been discontinued.
Please sir..please look into this issue and help me in getting the base. The LCD details are as follows,

If possible, I am ready to purchase the LCD Base. Please let me know the possibility.
