I have ordered Thinkpad on 29th Dec 2009. When I placed the order it stated that the laptop delivery date is 1/6/10 but they have SLA of 15 days. I had to go out of the country so I got my tickets done of 1/15/10. But by 1/14/10 they didn't deliver the laptop I had to cancel my ticket as there would have been no one to pick the laptop. When I called the customer care first of all they disconnected my call many times. I have to call them again and again. Then they said that they can't do anything in this. They can only give me compensation of $28 on this. When I told them as what financial loss I had to bear they simple denied to do anything.$28 cant repay loss of $500. This is heigths of irresponsibility.
They are least concerned. When they are behaving like this before they sold laptop I am concerned how they'll behave after sale of it. Was this information helpful? |
