Dear Sir ,

I want to make a complain against my laptop's adapter which is not working and is still on the warranty period
and i need too get it soon corrected by you so i can use it as soon as possible. So kindiy take a quick action for my complain. The serial no of my laptop is :-CBQ0023635.
