[Resolved]  Lenovo - Warrant Upgrade — Lenovo -No acknowledgement slip sent

I had bought the warranty upgrade package from Lenovo through a dealer on 16th April, 2008 paying a total of 6600 rupees.I got a sealed kit sent by Lenovo to my dealer which consisted of a form that was to be duly filled with my personal and PC details and to be sent to the address mentioned on the form.Also the form mentioned that the acknowledgement will be sent to me within 14 days and if I don't receive the acknowledgement I can mail them or call them on the email id and the phone number mentioned on the form.I tried to call on the number mentioned but the number does not exist.I mailed them on the email id mentioned on the form but there was no response from the company.I mailed them again after a gap of few days but still no response.This is really wrong on the part of lenovo that they provide no aknowledgement and then give wrong phone number and email id.so that we cannot contact even.Then to my surprise, I got a call from lenovo customer care that my pc is out of warranty and I should upgrade my warranty which means that they have not register my package in their database.I then told the complete scenario as to I have already sent the form but the acknowledgement is pending.He told me he will enquire and let me know.But as expected nothing moved further till date.

I want to log a serious complain against lenovo.Can you please help me with this.Please let me know if any more information is required.

i bought lenovo3000 Y410 from ABC infotechs in dharamsala in july 2008 still in warranty and im facing prolem with windows vista programm, it is producing a but sounds when CD is loaded, some times shoch(current) if direct cotact on metalli part while connected to electiricity.and at present i m in delhi(south) where i can show my laptop for correction.do reply soon

Hello Sir,

I have log a serious complaint against Lenovo. I have brough a Lenovo Y series laptop with face regnition. My system was affected and have loged a compaint and the technical team it was under warranty and only one month was there to lasp the warranty but they have not took any action from their and refused to help. they have contacted back after the warranty period and ready to do the serive in return of money.

I have given the laptop to the service centre but they have not workred on it and have return back to me without servicing. from then my laptop once started gets switched off after every half and hour.

could you please let me know the lenovo service center in bangalore.

Dear Sir,

I have a complaint about lenovo services. i hv a 2 years warranty package, my laptop is not working since last 15 days. In this regarding i sent a email to lenovo & give the 3 reminder. but not get any response from their side. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
