I AM USING LENOVO Z360. FROM LAST 4 DAYS MY TOUCHPAD IS NOT WORKING AND I COMPLAINT AT CUSTOM-CARE STILL THEY DIDN'T LOCK MY COMPLAINT AND I DIDN'T GET COMPLAINT NUMBER. I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER ALSO BUT DIDN'T ATTEND PROPERLY..... PLEASE I M FACING TOO MUCH PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP ME. CUSTOMER CARE SAID TO ME THAT UR ;LAPTOP TOUCHPAD WILL BE CHANGE WITH NEW TOUCH-PAD AND GET NEW ONE. LAPTOP IS IN WARRANTY. PLEASE GET MY PROBLEM SOLVE AS SOON AS..
