LG Split AC- Compressor fault- No replacement/repair
We had bought an 1 ton LG Split A/C in June 2011. Ending June 2012, we faced some issues with the A/C and the engineer from LG visited our place to check. The engineer informed us that the compressor of the A/C has burnt and needs to be replaced. Ever since, we have tried reaching all the LG showrooms in Yamuna Nagar but to no avail. We have to suffer in this sweaty weather. I had bought the LG A/C only because the service was good. But in my case the service provided is pathetic and its been moe than 1 month without a working A/C.
I want to complain against all the LG authorized/unauthorized dealers in Yamuna Nagar who have failed to provide the compressor.
I have called up the toll free number 1800 180 9999 a number of times, where the executive promises of fault resolution within 72 hours everytime I call them up. Complaint Number : RNA120713022662 dated 13July 2012 has already been registered but we have seen no response.
Please let me know when can the issue can be resolved. I am trying to resort to frank ways else the consumer court is just a knock away.
