I called up LG customer care for repair of my LG Window AC whose gas is leaking. I got a call from the mechanics after 03 days (normally it should be 24 hrs) and after that the mechanics checked the instrument and informed that they have to take this machine to the workshop which I okayed. After that again 03 days passed and no body came to pick the AC - again I registered a complaint at LG Customer care and after that another mechanics came and told that the machine would be picked tomorrow i.e. the next day. So after 02 days finally the machine was picked up and after 10 days again no response from LG as to what happen to my AC. In this intermediary period I have called the LG Customer care for more that 10-15 times and everytime i was assured that senior would call me to take care of my complaint and sort it. Finally I got the service centre number which is 8588806376 where my AC is lying for so many days without any proper reason or intimation and when I tried to speak to them - no body picked up the phone. Even I was given the phone of the customer care head whose number is 9811354682 but never the phone was picked up by the conerned person.
I am really worried about my AC as what is going on with same and would strongly voice out to all my friends not to take any LG product which would be nightmare for you once if it is of any problem. Thanks Abhijit Das Gupta, Mobile 9811652266
