Loan of Rs. 15.30 Lac was sanctioned by LICHFL through Janakpuri , New Delhi Branch vide File No. 407279 (copy attached) after the Area Manager, Mr. Makkar alongwith LICHFL Agent, Mr. J.K. Jain, visiting personally my office/factory, having satisfied themselves and thoroughly verifying the financial status of the Organization, where I am working since April, 2004. Since the sanction could not be utilized early on account of non-receipt of demand from the Builder “SRS”, for the Flat so allotted, the validity of sanction expired.

In view of above circumstances, on 1st November, 2010, I had to apply afresh for the loan through LICHFL Asaf Ali Road Branch against File No. 30490 attaching the same documents showing same financial status and constitution of the company.

It is astonishing, as to how their BO on one side, is sanctioning loan applied through Janakpuri branch and loan for same amount, when again applied through Asaf Ali Road branch on 1st November, 2010 attaching same documents showing same financial status and with unchanged constitution of the company, is refusing .

It clearly shows that there is no criteria or rules framed and time factor fixed by the LICHFL for sanctioning the loan. It is only sanctioned by the BO in whimsical manner.

In the end, I wrote to them that as I have already paid a sum of Rs. 8 Lac to the Builder “SRS” against the Flat cost of approx. Rs. 21 Lac from my own source and now I don’t mind, if a loan to the extent of Rs. 12 Lac or Rs. 10 Lac as against loan applied for Rs. 15.30 Lac is sanctioned but still no response fromLICHFL is forthcoming and as such they have wasted my 4 months. Looking forward for a sympathetic consideration.
