[Resolved]  Lic - India — Non receipt of cheque-regarding survival benifit - policy No[protected]

Is this the way of handling a customer?

Contacted persons(Not ready to answer and giving me another number)


DM - Anna nagar[protected], he is giving - [protected], from there I have received [protected].

What is this? I need a solution for this, where I need to go to get prompt answer?

Earlier, I have received the post dated cheque for my policy[protected] one month before, now even after the due date[protected] still I have not received any information from LIC, Why?

Where I have to approach to solve my grievance?


Please find a solution for my report.

(Very bad on LIC people, nowadays? including LIC agent)
