LIC INDIA — complaint reg. policy no.232092620.

I have take Jeevan Suraksha policy no.[protected] on 21/02/1998.in which it is mentioned that the date of 1st pension instalment is 21/03/2011,whereas the last payment of premium date given is thereafter 21/02/2012,which is wrong. please get it checked properly to avoid any extra payment of premium.and also intimate regarding its maturity and pension please. i want to surrender my policy but one of the branch manager he want to support the agent because that agent will loose the income...i given all the papers, now the the br. manager is saying my signature is not tallying...i dont know why he is supporting the agent...

I have paid Rs 3669.30 through online payment on 17/02/2010 for the policy as under

The amount has been debited from my axis savings acconts.

But the premium receipt not available on the lic web page.
I need the paid premium receipt very shortly. Because I have to submit my tax saving proofs to my company and Tax department.

I applied for an insurance of Rs 30 Lacs (under jeewan annad and term insurance)in karkardooma branch, for which my agent told me to go for medical test (blood sugar, cholestrol, blood pressure etc )with lic's tpa in LIFELINE DIAGONSTIC, ANAND VIHAR, KARKARDOOMA, on this center, he asked me to pay Rs 300 for giving normal report, he said otherwise he will send the report in such a way that my proposal will be rejected.

LIC website never gonna work guys...u choose lic and now be ready to suffer.

The LIC site has never worked for me... i never been able to access my account and wasted a lot of time and energy in this. I think i have made the biggest mistake of my life by taking a lic policy. Guys... don't waste you time in LIC.

This is regarding my policy no.[protected] from branch 126 Daryaganj. I surrendered my policy in the month of Feb. A cheque (710698) amounted to Rs 9372/- issued to me on 05/02/2011. This cheque has not been delivered to me ever. I have been struggling to get my payment back for the last 2 months and none of the lic employees are ready to work on this.

All they can do is just sit on their seats and make excuses. I am forced to give a indemnity bond on a 100 Rs noterary paper about not receiving the cheque. which i did. It would hardly take 15 minutes to cancel the previous cheque and issue a new one. But they are not ready to do even this little work. I am not going to take a Lic policy ever in my life and will suggest others also not to take any policy from LIC. If some one is looking these complaints please do help me in getting my money back. Thank you.
