If you have enrolled yourself in LIC customer portal, then you can easily see all the policy you have or you can also enroll your new policies. I There also you can lodge complains (I know this bescause i have customer portal and once i have raised complain and they have got back to me) and they will get back to you in two or three days, if not again you complain, dont stop. If need any help i will be available in mukti.[protected]@ge.com. If you are visiting to the branch and giving your complain in writing then always remember to keep a signed xerox copy with you.
