I have surrendered my policy no.[protected] at madurai. the policy had been booked as per NAV dated 23.09.2010. Till date I have not received the cheque for the same. there is no response from the respective branch, stating delay in computer booking and other reseaons. LIC's after sales service is very poor, compared to ur marketing of Policies. Please check into and arrange for payment at the earliest. Thanks N Radhakrishnan
