[Resolved] lic Life Insurance Policy — No response and wrong information | |
1.No communications from Life Insurance Corporation with regard to my request for "Certificate confirming the current surrender value of insurance" for 3 policies to support travel application through emails and posts. 2. I was given wrong information that exit from policy prior to maturity having paid continuous premium amount for nearly 13 to 14years is equal to 3year premium amount only for JEEVAN ANAND for example a)surrender value of policy calculated for 14 YEARS continuous premium payment yearly Rs 38,450 will be Rs 1,77,000 only even though ( Policy holder total paid premium amount for 14years*38,450 premium amount per year = Rs 5,38,300) POLICY DETAILS JEEVAN ANAND POLICY SUM ASSURED Rs 500000 TERM 15 Years PREMIUM AMOUNT YEARLY - Rs38,450 AT END OF 15 YEARS ONLY = Rs 500000 +ACCRUED BONUS if survived or death ELSE b) another two more policy paid up value calculated to be only Rs 14000 and Rs 33000 making yearly premium payments of Rs 3136 and Rs 2411 for more than 11 years of payment continuously. 3.Both LIC Portal Log-in and password both fails however LIC premium amount was paid online several times using same log-in and password. If I try to re-register the portal doesn't accept registration anymore. This is causing lot of delay and inconvenience to the policy holder.
