[Resolved] LIC of India Branch Unit 11j — non receipt of maturity proceed | |||
The Zonal Manager LIC of India Jeevan Bhawan New Delhi Respected Sir, I deposited my policy bond on[protected] policy no[protected] along with discharge form & other documents to obtain maturity proceed. I have already sent 3 time my staff personally to enquire about the payment. I came to know that my documents has been lost in the branch due to sheer negligence of staff nobody has been co-operating to release my payment and also making mockery of costumer service either. You are requested to inquire in to the matter and expedite the same with interest otherwise i shall have to go for legal recourse at your cost & responsibility.
