RE: Maturity Claim under Policy No. 071644188
The aforementioned policy matured on 3rd December 2008.The necessary voucher duly discharged by me together with the original policy was submitted to you vide your receipt No. 51724 on 11/11/2008.
In spite of complying with afore stated requisite requirements I have not yet received the maturity claim amount.
You are requested to release the maturity claim amount expeditiously.

RE: Maturity Claim under Policy No. 60785656-Life Insurance- Corporation Of India, Habsiguda Branch No.XII
The aforementioned policy matured on 28th December 2008.The necessary voucher duly discharged by me together with the original policy was submitted at Habsiguda Branch LIC Office on 03/11/2008 and the same was acknowledged by claims department.
In spite of complying with afore stated requisite requirements I have not yet received the maturity claim amount. Concerned officials by holding the matured claim amount they are contacting me to take a new policy and not releasing the cheque.
You are requested to arrange for release the maturity claim amount immediately.

Sub: Claim for policy No 645734095 and gratuity payment
Of Late Mr. Ram Shankar ZM Club member.
I am Mrs.Rukki bai w/o Late Ram Shankar, Code No: 102064N who worked as a ZM Club Member Vikarabad division.
He was worked since year 2000 and he had done more than 1000 policies, and Mr. Ram Shankar was expired on 17th August 2010.
As my husband is worked for more than 10 years, he is eligible for gratuity and further benefits from LIC of India. And also we had a Policy NO: 645734095 for an amount of Rs. 8, 00, 000. We have submitted all documents including all investigation reports for claiming above policy number in the month of September 2010.
I am a house wife, we had three daughters and one son, they are studying and we are belonging to “ST” category. We don’t have any further income to serve for my family.
I have sent the same letter to Branch manager Vikarabad, SDM Hyderabad, CRM Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh. But till now we have not yet received any further written information from either branch or head office.
I tried several times for getting the claim, but I am not getting any proper information. Please if you release the amount immediately, I will be very much grateful to you sir.

I have already made several telephone inquiries with the concerned officers/personnel at LIC, Santacruz (W), Salary Savings Scheme Section who were only interested in citing vague & senseless postal dispatch problems without solving the Customers' grievances.
Please note, the carelessness of LIC has made to advise all my friends not to invest in the USELESS LIC SCHEMES.
