Lic Of India — non payment of bonus -policy no.[protected]

at the time of receiving maturity amount of the aforesaid policy, it came to my notice that the co.
has paid bonus amounting to rs.4000.00 in two instalments of rs.2000.00 each.
the said amount was never received and therefore matter was taken up with LIC fancy bazar,guwahati on
the following dates-
12/02/07,16/06/07,24/09/07,27/12/07,10/04/08 and on 03/09/06
e-mail sent on 07/08/09 at [protected]@licindia.com
e-mail sent on 04/10/09 at [protected]@licindia.com

but till date no communication received from either of the two offices of lic.
the policy was subscribed on 28/03/94 in shillong.the policy was matured in mar`06
and paid on 05/12/06.
please advise steps to be taken.
