Lic Of India — Delay in transfer of policy

sir, i had taken a LIC policy, no.[protected] from C.A. Branch Ernakulam (branch code 696) in Feb 2009. In the month of Apr 12 i was transferred to Ramanathapuram, tamilnadu. So i sent a letter to ernakulam branch for transfer of the policy in the following branch:-
LIC of India
Ramanathapuram branch office
No. 339 madurai-mandapam road
Ramanathapuram
Tamilnadu-623501
Branch Code- 74A

its more than one month, My policy is not transferred to Ramanathapuram branch till the date.
